If your local Sam's Club has a pharmacy, mark October 12, 2013 (Saturday) on your calendars to get your free Women's Health Screening. This will include a TSH test, a self-breast exam gel pack (to use in the privacy of your own home, of course), an HDL total cholesterol/good cholesterol check, and glucose screening. You can read more about it here The fine print: Limited quantities are available, your Sam's Club must have a pharmacy, screening and availability may vary by club, but all will be performed by a licensed professional, so don't forget to mark those calendars!
